1. Does ME deal with AirTran flights?

2. Is AirTran online checkin the same as Delta online checkin?

TIA!

Yes, ME deals with all airlines coming into Orlando, and they'll take you back to the airport too. Only with "participating" airlines can you do resort airline check-in for your return flight where you actually check your luggage and get your boarding pass at the resort. With ME, you'll put your luggage on the bus for your return trip to the airport where you'll then get your luggage from underneath your bus and check-in with your airline as you would normally.

No, completely different companies.

Thanks so much for that. So maybe I should ask: Does AirTran do resort online checkin?

:) Thanks

bump.. my question exactly. Can I get my Airtran seat assignment at the resort. Is a computer available anywhere for this purpose? Thanks

You can check in from any computer.... so if your hotel has a computer you can use....otherwise, have a friend or family member check you in. :flower: :flower:

Airtran online checkin is 24 hours before flight.

if staying on site just go to the front desk and they will print out your boarding pass :cool1:

OK, we stayed at Port Orleans FQ this past week and the front dest did not have a computer or a printer we could use to check in!! Just a FYI :confused3

Did you go to Concierge (new name of guest relations at the resort) and ask them to look it up and print? I believe this is what you are supposed to do according to all the posts I've read on the subject.

I did see the Concierge desk there but I thought is was for people who had paid for a certain level of service??!! I did not think that just anyone could use them!! (what a hick! :rotfl2: ) So no.... I did not ask the Concierge desk. I am thinking that maybe the front desk should have told me about this!! I don't know.... Call me silly! :goodvibes

I went to the front desk at POFQ last May to inquire about printing my AirTran boarding passes and they told me to go to the concierge desk. The CM at the concierge desk said she had never done that before but would try. We had our boarding passes in about 5 minutes and that was for both legs of our return flight [MCO to ATL and ATL to NY].

All Star Movies refused to accommodate us last Feb. - said they didn't do that & we had to go to an onsite "business hotel" :confused3 BTW, I got up @ the crack of dawn - there was no line @ the front desk.

Tried to find an internet kiosk in Epcot & MK, w/o success. I've seen them elsewhere ala payphones - why doesn't WDW put a few in?

Had the pleasure of sitting in the last row of seats w/o a window - such a treat! The plane was overbooked - glad we got to the airport early.

One thing you can do is have someone at home do online check-in for you (and selecting seats) and then ask them to print the boarding passes at the airport. I have done it many times with Air Tran using my laptop.

We had boarding passes printed for us in January at the POP Century, no problem at all.
