We added 2 people to our trip since I made the initial res. We are still in the occupancy guidelines. DO I need to call MS before or can I let them know upon arrival? ALso does each bathroom in the 2 bedroom at bwv have a hairdryer? thanks
Tara

I can answer the hairdryer question--yes there are two hairdryers in the 2-BR.

calling is not necessary - but can be helpfully.

they need to know to know how many keys to make.

but you will need to tell them at check in who gets charge priviledges and who doesn't....

I would call and tell them about the additions - especially if they are not traveling with you on the same itinerary. If their names aren't on the reservation, they will not be allowed to check in without you being there.

And to confirm - yes, there is a hairdryer in each bedroom of the BWV 2 bedroom units.

Best wishes -

You do not need to call ahead for anything. When you check-in simply say you will have friends joining you and you need 2 extra keys. They will make them for you. Not necessary to notify them ahead of time. It's up to you whether the extra keys get charging priviledges or not.

You do not even need to give your friends' names to DVC as your friends don't need to check-in at all.

We have family in Florida and they will often join us for a couple of days of our trip. I simply get extra keys. They call us on our cell phone and we tell them what room we're in and they come directly to the room.
