When does ME pick you up from your hotel to take you back to the airport? How many hours before your flight return? I'd like to sneak in a character breakfast before we leave. I think our flight leaves at like 3:30. What time do most character breakfasts open? I can't seem to find any hours for restaurants on the websites... When is check out time for POFQ?

This question would be best asked on the Transportation board but typically ME picks you up 2 hours and 45 minutes before your flight departs for Domestic Flights. If your flight leaves at 3:30, ME would typically pick you up at 12:45. Most character meals open at 7am or 7:30 so you would have plenty of time if you booked an early character meal.

Your pickup will be something like 12:30. You should be ok with a very early breakfast most anywhere on property BUT you need to realize that if your assigned pickup time is 12:30, you must be at the pickup point with your entire party plus any luggage you are carrying with you no later than 12:20 and I'd suggest 12:15. The ME pickup time is the time the bus will depart your resort, and if you miss that bus, ME might try to get you on a later bus, but if they're full they won't be able to do it. Once you miss your scheduled departure, ME is under no further obligation to get you to the airport in time for your flight.

Depending on how far your breakfast is from your resort, it can take up to an hour to ride Disney transportation back to the resort from wherever it is you are having breakfast. Therefore you need to plan to book a breakfast that will be over by 11 to 11:15.

Okay another question, how late are most restaurants open? Our flight comes in at 7:30 and I don't know how long it takes to get to the ME bus or to the park. Would we have time for a late dinner or counter service meal anywhere?

On average it has taken us about an hour from the time our flight arrives to our resort. Most table service restaurants have ADR times to about 9:00 & most counter service restaurants in the resorts are open to about 11:00.

It depends. The last time I took ME to a resort (of course, it was 10:20 PM) it took two hours from the time the plane landed until I arrived at Beach Club (which was the last of four stops made on the way). The usual is anything from an hour to 90 minutes.
