A couple of questions about the Magic Kingdom...

i'll be in Orlando this upcoming week and plan on visiting at least the Magic Kingdom. I'm pbbly going on Monday because those are the longest hours of operation. What is the normal wait times on lines in the busiest rides? I've been to Disneyland many times , but never DW. Also, is there a less crowded time than monday to visit? Can I buy Admission tickets on the day of the visit at the gates or should I buy them before? Its too late for me to order them through Disney Online.

I would buy them before - and normal waits... don't know ...I have not gone during this time of year in some 20 years

I think Monday should be a fine day to visit the MK...I can't think of any reason it would be busy or otherwise crowded. Early March is still before Spring Break I think...so the crowds should be minimal or moderate.

Take advantage of Fast Pass for the bigger rides - Splash, Thunder Mt, Space Mt, etc. FP will get you onto rides within 15 minutes usually. Stand-by lines will be a little more depending on crowd level.

Is this your only day visiting the parks? If so, I would just buy a single admission ticket when you get there. Or if you have AAA, you can stop by their office and I think they have discounted tickets. Have fun!
