Just wanted to make sure I have this right...sorry if these are dumb questions. Been to WDW many times, last time I was at Universal was probably 10 years ago.

~ I will be purchasing APs with the three month extra promotion. Am I correct that if I buy them today, the 15 months will start when I actually enter a park as opposed to the day I buy them? Not planning on using them until May.

~ Do I get a voucher when I buy them online, or something to show when I get to the park? And then I get an AP card? Do I go to guest services at the hotel or park to do this? Or is there a choice to have the AP card mailed to me?

~ If I buy one of the APs with blockout dates, but then decide I want to go during a blockout time, can I upgrade the pass?

~ I will be purchasing six APs for my family. My husband and I will be using ours for a quick trip in May for the first time to get an idea of how things are before we bring the kids in August. If I have to physically pick up the APs at the hotel/park, can I pick theirs up as well in May or do they have to be present to get them?

Thank you! :flower1:

Can only answer a couple of these. The countdown starts when you pick the pass up. You should have received an e-mail to present at the window, they also ask for the card used to purchase, but I was not asked for it at the window. I had to pick up at the park, had been told in advance I could not get it at the hotel. I had my wife drop me off the night before to avoid the parking charge and not have to fool with it on my first park day.

Can an AP holder purchase a single day ticket or a Seasonal AP and use the 15% discount

I only saw multi ticket data listed

Definitely not for APs, but I'm not sure about single days. The 15% off is usually off of full gate price, so the specials that Universal has for multi-day tickets are usually much better than the discount...

I believe our family got ours at HRH. Bought in the fall, they weren’t activated until we arrived in December. I believe kids would need to be there, which means their passes will expire 3 months after yours!
