A completed timeline for those on the journey

Here is my timeline,FYI,

3/6 offered and accepted
3/8 my contracts go back signed
3/12 sellers contracts signed, they didnt have email, had to use mail
3/14 sent to ROFR
4/10 28 days and still no word. Hopefully hear by the EOW
4/12 passed rofr
4/19 informed estoppels all good and in hand of title ccompany
4/25 received closing docs and sent back fedex
5/1 officially closed
5/7 deed recorded
5/8 Put in DIS system without points
5/10 points loaded late day and booking 2 trips ensues

57 days from ROFR to booking a trip
65 days from offer to booking

Used Fidelity, Rachel was the broker. And then after much worry, 2 hours after points loaded the third day of my AKV 2br savanna view magically opened up. So i am now booked for oct 25-28 and planning on MNSSHP.

Another happy Rachel customer here. We haven't closed yet because we asked for a delayed closing, but she has been great so far

Does anyone know much about Timeshare Title & More? I just sent my closing docs to them but the woman I spoke with said not to hurry because our estimated close date isn't until May 25. Do they take their full 2 weeks regardless of how soon all the documents are returned?

Our deed was recorded on 5-8 and we are still not in the system. When I called I was told they just received it on the 16 and they are working on contracts that came in on the 6th and to call back on the 30th. Obviously that was a lie. I will call again Monday. Happy for you op.

It may not be a lie. Disney was missing a page of my paperwork and it doesn't put a contract in the queue to be inputted until they have all the paperwork. So if something like that happened, they would date your contract the 16th and it's been taking about 10 days from when Disney gets the contract until when you're in the system.

Our contract was sent to Disney on the 8th and we are not in the system yet either. We will be out of the country and unable to call back until after Memorial Day now. It has me frustrated because we are trying to use points for our planned October trip. Nothing we can do though. I'm just hoping something works out for us. And consoling myself with all the $$$ we saved.

Just think, you could have bought direct and paid twice as much

But you would have been in the system quicker
