You know what's weird? They actually have an edited version of this song. Why didn't they play that at the pool? Strange.

I think it is called, "Don't Trust Me." And there absolutely is a radio edit. I hear it on the radio a lot. That's what they ought to play...although even that might not be kiddie-appropriate.

I like the song.

My mother freaked out over Madonna's "Like a Virgin" and Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "Relax."

Now I freak over other stuff. But I AM NOT MY MOTHER!!!! And I'm not old...I don't think...I guess I am. I'm old and saying old people stuff like, "The music these kids are listening to!" and telling my son that he needs to cut his hair because it is ridiculous and his clothes are silly. :faint:

Old.

I was listening to the pod cast review discussing the DJ and could not stop laughing. I personally think the song was teaching a valuable lesson to all of the young kids. After all it is good advice. :)

My DH said the same thing, it is a good lesson to learn, you shouldn't trust a H** If more kids had only learned this valueable lesson we wouldn't have so many celebrity sex scandals :rotfl:

Exactly, there is never a good reason to trust a ho. They are the dirtiest of the garden tools :thumbsup2

I was sitting in Jimmie Johns today and they were playing Aerosmith's "Big 10 Inch". Honestly, is that any worse than "Don't Trust A Ho"?

Apparently some people who should know better are just desensitized to the appropriateness of what kids see and hear around them. Some time ago, I walked into my 13 yr old niece's room where she was watching a movie with her cousins. The show was "How to be a Player". OMG - what was her mother thinking??

The RP pool music was certainly inappropriate for families. Hopefully, we have not heard the last of this.
