They weren't showing mine that I had done on aug 5th, and I had to pay the entire thing again and then contact them after I get home. They said that there was nothing that they could do. (on that day which was fri morn)The 2 tables near me also had the same problem!
So now on monday I have to contact guest services(I'm calling not emailing)
I also think that the norway princess breakfast is so much better than the castle one anymore. They don't rush you, and the food is better too.

That seems really....."not intelligent" since they take a deposit for every reservation now. Why on earth would they think that someone had NOT paid a deposit??

I'll take my charge card bill/listing of charges along with me. Thanks for the tip.

I did ask how could I have had a ps then? She(the manager) simply replied, I don' t know.

Disney does have a history of not charging correctly. I have had multiple problems myself. Due to this, I have learned never to give anyone at WDW (even mail order) my debit card number. There is a very good chance the charge will get screwed up. And trying to convince them otherwise is difficult at best.
Just ask around to those who attend pin events. As an example, everything I ever read included guests complaining they were double charged for the June pin event. And Disney was very slow at correcting the over charges, although they were aware it happened. I never heard of anyone who said they weren't double charged for that event and their pre-order pins.
