A character finder utility

I added 8 of the 13 Epcot Santas & Storytellers. We were lucky to squeeze that many into one day. I hate how they are scheduled, you backtrack a lot.

8 out of 13 is an excellent haul by anyone's book. I'm loving this!

I'll be adding a feature to make the thumbnailed pictures clickable. I like the random pic when a page loads, but sometimes, you want to be able to see the larger version. On this holiday page, it becomes almost necessary.

I added a couple more older sightings from 2006. I have all my pictures from my past trips on the memory cards still, and they're dated on the camera, so I know exactly when and where the picture was taken. It's going to take me a few days to get through all of them.

Just about to upload the feature to allow you to click a thumbnail and have it replace the main pic on the page (so you don't have to reload a page repeatedly to see the big pic you were hoping for).

You may now click on any thumbnail image, and the large version of it will replace the main image (which is chosen randomly) at the top of the page.

I also added some WS storytellers that weren't there yet. I tried to send you an e-mail through the Contract Us link, but it didn't seem to work (or else you got 3 messages from me in a row)!

I have a few character photos that you don't have the names for in the character finder list - I wasn't sure how to add them since Character Name block 1 can only be filled by the pull down menu and their names aren't there. If you let me know how to do it, I will add them! Thanks -

I have added two new characetrs to the list!

The first is the Fire Chief of Main Street. This one doesn't really knock my socks off (I'm in the camp that views him as a streetmosphere character... maybe deserving of another section), but the fire house is a cool fixture, and hey... we already have the mayor. And truth be told, is another character in the list a bad thing? Nah!

The second is a big, big find in my book! One of our intrepid users had a picture made with Constance, the Bride of Haunted Mansion fame! Talk about a super cool, super difficult find!

So, there you go.

That puts almost all of our chafatcers with at least one sighting.

I must be crazy for posting this ridiculous picture of myself but I wasn't sure how to add a new character to your site. This was 4/23/08 at the PPP by the flying carpets. The character handler told me it was Sha nay nay (I have no idea how to spell that) the roaming camel!

The Character Finder is very useful! We will be at WDW next week, and I plan to ask a CM where we can meet Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable.
"Seriously?" "Seriously." Off topic: My fiance and I are watching the Kim Possible cartoons on Netflix, and we LOVE this show. We can't wait to try the different missions next weekend.
