OK, this one is for all of the fantastic photography people on this thread who are either going to WDW in the near future, or who live nearby and get to go as often as they want. My photography skills are .... ummmm... amature, to say the least, and my camera is... ummm... cheap. :rolleyes1

One of my favorite areas in Epcot is the Land pavillion, and I really enjoy the Living with the Land boat ride. Cheesy, I know, but I am really old-school when it comes to rides and "attractions". Anyhow, I would LOVE to have some really nice, pretty, crisp pictures of the beginning of the ride; where you go through the rainforest, prairie, and farm. I have tried many times to get these shots but always end up with a dark blur. :(

Anyone who has plans to be in Epcot soon, would you mind making it your mission to try to get these shots for me, and come back here and post them for me to borrow? I would be eternally greatful! :thumbsup2

hmmm, I remember being trigger happy there in October with my 24mm f2.8 lens.... I'll go through my achieves. :)

If you don't mind a top-down view, you can eat at the Garden Grill, which rotates past those scenes. You could stand at the railing and it will be much easier to get a decent photo from there then on the ride itself.

We ate at GG a few days ago but I didn't take any photos (we didn't sit on the outside row) and didn't ride the Living with the Land ride, so I can't help; sorry.

These are the best two shots that I got from that area. You are welcome to them, but I'm sure someone else will get or already have better.

The only 2 I kept from there... more than willing to share full quality copies if you want them, PM me.

I haven't ridden this for quite a while, but you have now given me reason! We are actually going down for a quick trip on Mothers Day weekend, but so quick that I may not make it over. If not, I will do my best in November to get some good pics.

We ate at the Garden Grill in September (one of my favorites, I try to eat there every trip) and I did try a few shots. The best one I got was of the prairie scene, and instead of a big dark blur I got a big sand-colored buffalo-shaped blur! :lmao:

Great shots, thanks! I love the rooster on the mailbox!

I look forward to seeing any shots that you might have time to take, even in November! Thanks in advance!

Wonderful shots, thanks! :thumbsup2 PM coming your way!

Bumping to see if anyone else might have any pictures?
Anyone been to the Land lately?

I'm more than willing to go shutter happy there again in 72 days (with a new and improved camera even! :cool1:) if you can wait that long...

Actually, I probably will anyway! ;)

Absolutely!! I am in no hurry... it will be quite a while till I can get back to the World, so I ease my pain by gazing longingly at other people's vacation pictures. :surfweb:
Pitiful, that's what *I* am... :sad2:

I'll be leaving in 3 days - I am also an amateur but if i get to ride i will do my very best for you :goodvibes
