I just hung up off the phone with our Guide, Jim McCoy (who is fabulous) from pulling the trigger on buying 250 pts. at AKV!!!! I'm so excited I can't stand it!

And here I sit at work, wanting to get up and do the happy dance, but they just wouldn't get it... So I'm posting here instead!

Many thanks to EVERYONE on this board who has posted anything at all-- I'm sure I've read it during my research! But seriously, this board has been a tremendous help in doing ou due diligence and making a sound decision for our family.
