Just got back yesterday from a 2 night trip to DLR. We went to BB for lunch our first day there.

We had a woderful meal! Although I do agree with other posters here that it is overpriced, both the service and the food was excellent.

First, the service. The only quibble I have was that it took a while for our waitress to come over to take our orders, but I think that was mostly due to the table next to us making about two dozen requests everytime she passed their table. In short she had her hands full with them! Once we got going though, it was fine. Many may have said that the service through out the meal was slow, but honestly, I think that it's how a meal SHOULD be paced. I'm sick to death of restaurants that bring out your entre two minutes after dropping off your appitizer. We enjoyed having a meal served at a proper pace for a change. I feel that many of the complaints of slow service could just be from those who are so conditioned to rushed service that they don't recognized a properly paced meal when they're served one. That said, if you're in a huge hurry to get back to the parks, this restaurant may not be for you, at least for a full meal, just having an appitizer or desert may be better if you're on a tight schedule.

As for the food. I had the prime rib, and it was wonderful. It's not the best I've ever had (that would be the Stratusphere in Vegas, YUMMY!) but it was definatly in the top 5. Tender, cooked perfectly the way I ordered it, and not fatty at all (as prime rib can be at times). The potatos were awesome, the only downside was the sauteed spinich, that was a tad over cooked. DH had fish (I can't for the life of me remember what kind it was) and he said it too was excellent. We also shared the shrimp appitizer. The shrimp was done perfectly and the sauce it was served with was verry good, but $10 for 4 jumbo shrimp is just a bit too high. Keep it at $10 but give six and I'd say it was a better deal.

So, overall, BB gave us an excellent lunch with wonderful service and atmosphere. While it is over priced, even for Disney, I'd do it again on our next trip and very much recomend it to others who have room in their budgets and schedules.

We went for lunch also. 2 adults and 2 kids and the bill was something like $120 and included 2 keepsake cups with pins/lights. Excellent food and service. I look at the cost like this... we went to the burger joint in DCA (I can not think of the name for anything!) and spent $60-ish for food that was so bad it went in the trash. We basically had an order of $60 onion rings to split that day since everythign else was horrible. BB is worth it. It is DL afterall. DO I wish it was cheaper? Heck yes! Thanks for the review!

Thanks for the review. Its been ages since Ive been there. I should plan to go again soon.

I agree with your review completely. We ate there on thursday and had the same experience. The only problem we encountered was we requested waterside and we waited, then the waitress came and said there was a table for four second row from the water, we were hungry so we agreed. Well then the girl took off for another 5 minutes, came back and we were seated right in front of a waterside table that was being cleaned off! And then right as soon as we sat down at our second from the water table a family that had checked in about 5 minutes after us got the waterside table, so we were a little ticked but it didn't ruin our meal. Food was good, service was good.
