I've been reading along but haven't posted. This is quite a trip report. I think I'm a better parent and possibly a better person from reading this. It takes a whole lot of really special people to make a story like this unfold.

I jumped right into reading your trip report, and loved the pics of your daughter at the zoo. We take pics ALL THE TIME of our kids riding the bug outside of the butterfly house. Yup, another STL family here.
