A Bittersweet Return... Winkler's TR ~ Many Pics! Our time is over!

This is a beautiful picture. We took some in this same spot. It's a gorgeous background! All of your pictures are really good. The Pop basket is cute. You guys will be out of room on the way back home with all these extra goodies. This trip is one big DREAM! I don't know how we missed you guys the whole time. We were right close to one another? WCC looks really busy!

Another great update! I am glad to see that you all had alot of fun on this trip,even though there were times like this day,when memories of Levi being there were so strong. I think it is great how Matt made him part of that day by showing his pictures to others. I was wondering if perhaps the CM he showed Levi's pictures to could have been the one who sent the basket to your room,or maybe alerted Pop about your family? Whoever it was,was very sweet, and I just love reading about the good things people do for each other,rather then all the bad news out there. .It sure does restore my faith in humanity! And what a wonderful legacy,and tribute to your little Levis life!

Here I am It was great running into you TWICE. We should have totally let the DHs compare iPhone applications, would have kept them busy for ages. My DH gets excited about his light saber or Indiana Jones whip.......geek he is, and admits it . Hope the rest of your trip is as magical, sounds like it is.

Oh, next time try the Nemo Show at AK, it was really good.

Oh AND, Matt is a hunka hunka hotness hubby, you lucky gal (and he's SOOOOO nice too), well your super nice too so maybe he's the lucky one. I think that Isabella and Levi are lucky to have such great parents, hehe.

We booked bounceback too for next year at POP for Aug 23- Sept 6, we're going to see how the year goes and not make a decision till we need to buy airfare in the spring. Dang airfare will cost almost as much as our 2 week package Maybe we'll have some of the same dates and plan a meal together or something.

Loving the trip report, I should do one, but this driving and picking up my 5 year old everyday is for the birds and driving me nuts and keeping me busy.

Alicia, we did It's Tough to Be a Bug a few years ago, and Arminda vowed to NEVER EVER do it again! We talked her into it this year, and she was ok, but she wasn't crazy about it!

My kids love the dinosaur playground too! It was on Lydia's "list" of things to do!

Isabelle looks beautiful as ever in her snow white dress. I think it is funny Matt had to go & get a gym pass because Will is the same way. Last fall while we were there he complained the whole time about not being able to work out...as if walking 10 miles a day isn't enough

I can't believe Taylor let you get away with so little there! Isabelle would throw a tantrum if I told her we could only do AK one day! LOL!

I know, I know....I promise to at least spend ONE full day at AK this next time. The last time we were there we had to leave because I had made my ADR's before really thinking about what park we would be at. No worries though, I have learned from that mistake. Hahaha.

I frantically began dialing Beth, wondering where it came from. The best we can figure is Pop sent it. Meanwhile, I had Beth on the phone, walking to the front destk to get a package, and a ran into Tanya!!!! She disappeared before I could find her again, though!

This would be a good time to explain my biggest dilemma. On Frady, I meant to stop at Kinkos to print some posters I designed with Levi's photos on them.Between Isabelle's eye and everything else. I ran out of time. I thought Pop would copy them for me, so I took my USB drive down, but they weren't compatible. So, I called Beth, just to chat, but the posters were brought up. She went to work IMMEDIATELY to remedy my problem! When I returned to our room, I had a message waiting. I had ANOTHER package to pick up. (This is when I ran into Tanya, keep up!) Sealed in an envelope were two posters, designed by Beth, emailed to Betsy, who hand delivered them to Pop for my return. Can you believe it? I'll have to find my window pics to show you. Beth can you post them on here? So everyone can see them better?

I just love my friends here on the Dis! Neither one of these 2 women were going to let anything bad happen on this vactaion if thy could help it! I love you!!!!

Awww Alicia, I was just so glad that I could help with the posters. I knew how important it was for you to have those and I felt bad that you could not get them printed there at POP. I knew I could get them done fairly quickly and then I was worried about how to get them to you ASAP. Of course then I thought about our amazing friend Betsy who had delivered our 1st basket to you. She was awesome and had them delivered to your hotel practically right after I emailed them to her. Thank you again Betsy!!! You are a sweetie!!

Alicia..you're so right, I didn't want anything getting in your way of enjoying this trip. I already knew it was going to be bittersweet and if I could do anything to help I sure was gonna try my hardest!!! I love you too!!!!

Really, I didn't go all out on the window this year. Just Levi's posters, some window clings and an Eeyore and Remy sent by Disser friends and 2 towel animals. Not much.

It is so funny Isabelle wore that dress to WCC. We originally has ressies that night at WCC as well. Our plans got changed at the last minute.

That was our 2nd trip there, the first Matt got a steak and was less than satisfied. Matt really likes WL.
