A Better deal on tickets for Florida residents?

Hey all,

I'm a newbie to this site, I was thisclose to going ahead and purchasing some Disney Tickets for two parks for this Christmas at the Official Disney website. I believe the price was around $460-90 for 4 Adults for two Parks (Magic Kingdom and Epcott) for two days.

Is there anywhere I could possibly get a better deal for a Florida resident?

I got the FL resident Seasonal pass last dec when we went. There are some black out dates but that was ok cause I wouldn't think about stepping foot in a part during peak time. Was the same price as purchasing a few days worth of tickets so to make sure I got my moneys worth were going back in Nov. Got two trips out of em, can't beat that.

The Florida Resident Seasonal pass is by far the best value but has blackout dates for about three weeks around Christmas and NY's Day. Also blacked out the two weeks straddling Easter Sunday and for two months in the summer...mid June through mid August. However, the past couple of years they lift the summer black-out about a month early. I'm betting that they'll keep doing that as they were very busy this past summer and still lifted the blackout around mid-July.

We purchased FL Redident $119 plus $35 each for Park Hopper (all 4 parks) for 3 days. Good forever until first time use, then good for 6 months.

Florida Residents get the new 3 Day Play Pass for only $119 plus tax, the same price a non-Florida Resident pays for the 2-Day Magic Your Way Base Ticket.

$119 plus tax (Ages 10 and up)
$96 plus tax (Ages 3-9)

The new 3-Day Play Pass is available for purchase all year long and expires 6 months from the first use. So you can enjoy one Theme Park per day for any 3 days, with no block-out dates.

We ALWAYS get the sesonal pass...its around $210 plus tax..and well worth it if you plan on going more then once....we are lucky enough to live 50 mins away and go often,,,the black out dates are not bad,,because it really is way to hot in the summer,,,and way to PACKED around Christmas!!!
