Great HDD review. Looks like you all had a blast! I love Juliana's dress. Bummer about the bus. So sad to your TR is coming to an end. I have to give you props though you started months after I started mine and I just finished it tonight. We leave for Disney tomorrow so if I don't talk to you before that have a great thanksgiving.

I'm working on the weekends and then Sunday night I'm usually on while DW is watching Desperate Housewives. Well last night I was sleeping on the couch at 9pm. I guess I was tired.

Hopefully Juliana takes a nap today so I can get my next installment up. One more day to go then this TR can be put in TR heaven with the rest of them.

When I woke up I couldn't believe it was our last day in WDW. Where had the time gone?

We got all of our bags packed brought them with us to breakfast. Although we had a car, we were going to check in our bags at RAC. How cool that I wouldn't have to drag these bags to the car and through the airport while I am already dragging around a ton of stuff. They checked our ID's and printed out our boarding passes. The process was very fast and easy.

While walking through the food court trying to decide what to eat I saw this little gem on the floor.

Juliana got the Mickey waffles, Melody wanted cereal, and I got the POP waffle.

I was checking my receipt during breakfast and it showed all my CS and snack credits were at zero. I thought that was weird so after breakfast I stopped over at the front desk to see what was going on. The CM stated that there was a glitch in the dining system yesterday (Wednesday 10/7) and dining credits were all messed up. The CM reissued me 2 CS and 2 snacks. She was very helpful and quick.

We went back to the room to get our carry-ons, the stroller, leftover food and goodies, and Juliana's balloon. I stepped out of the room and there was a family at the ice machine. I asked them if they would like some snacks and drinks but they declined- they were leaving today. Strike one. We walked towards the parking lot and there was a lady walking with her daughter. We asked her if they would like the snacks. She declined. Strike two. They were heading to the bus to goto MK. Juliana asked the little girl if she would like her princess balloon. The girl was so excited and Juliana was happy to give it to her. Juliana did this on our March trip as well. Does 2 times make it a tradition?

We continue walking and were almost at the car when I realized I didn't have the keys. Where were they? All of the sudden I felt like I had messed up big time. We had not used the car for a few days. Where could I have put them. I had the feeling they were in one of the bags I checked with RAC. Who knows if our bags were still there or already on their way to the airport. I went through all the pockets in my book bag. Each moment was getting more and more stressful. I was down to the last possible place they could be and they were there. Whew! I dodged another bullet.

We packed the car and headed over to AK. I didn't mention that it was hot.. Really hot. It was 10:30 and was about 90 already. We parked and ended up giving the leftover snacks to a family that parked next to us. We jumped on the tram and were off to AK!

Juliana was already spraying herself with the water bottle.

When we got there I asked a 3 different CM's about the centralized FP machines. The first 2 had no idea what I was talking about. The last one told me it might be gone but she wasn't sure. She told me where to look for them and they were gone. That is too bad. For a spread out park like AK, I thought the new FP system is a good idea. Hopefully they bring it back.

Seeing Festival of the Lion King was one of our must do's. We headed over to Camp Mickey Minnie. We were just a few minutes late for the show so we got in line to see the characters. It was so hot. Thank goodness the fans with the sprayers were running. The mist kept getting on my camera and there were water spots on some of my pics.

We saw Mickey and he was disappointed with my Donald shirt.. but he forgave me.

After we saw all the characters it was just about time for the next showing of the FOTLK.

We were in the elephants section.

We really enjoyed the show. It was nice being inside in some A/C. Even though were were only in AK for a little while, we were dying from the heat. I think if we had to choose between seeing Nemo or Lion King, I think Nemo is better although Lion King is shorter. We were starting to get hungry and I gave in to the idea of eating Y&Y CS. We walked towards Harambi. I grabbed a safari FP and we kept on walking to find some lunch.

Juliana loved the show. There was so much to watch. She kept looking for Simba though. I think she thought it was a re-creation of the movie. (we did too!)

When she gave the balloon away in March she wasn't too happy about it. She wanted to give it to someone this time. It was really cute and she was so proud of herself.

March is really perfect weather. This will be our 3rd March in a row in WDW. It can be chilly but it can also be really warm too. I'll let you know how hot it got in the next update.

It seems like there was always something happening on this trip. I guess that is what makes good memories (and stories!)

I like the character spots at AK. The lines are usually very short and they are shaded.

Tim, the pics that Juliana took of herself brought a smile to a gloomy day here. How absolutely wonderful. I now have her "Alice" picture stuck to the mirror in my bedroom where I can see it every morning.

My younger son was asking for a camera of his own, I bought a DSLR camera for myself last year and had my small P & S sitting, so I gave it to him. He went on a school trip to the Zoo and I think he took 300 pictures, mostly closeups of himself and pics of his friends. Too funny that she did the same thing, very cute.
