She is getting in her practice. She took Mel's P&S camera and snapped over 20 pics of herself one day. Thank goodness for digital cameras! LOL

How precious!!! Love the Juliana pics!! My daughter Ally got a camera for her birthday and takes pics of EVERYTHING!!

She is getting pretty good with it. I think in another year we will just get her a cheap digital camera. The good thing about the Fisher Price camera is it can be dropped and keeps on ticking. I don't think a cheap P&S would be able to take the abuse.

Tim, the pics that Juliana took of herself brought a smile to a gloomy day here. How absolutely wonderful. I now have her "Alice" picture stuck to the mirror in my bedroom where I can see it every morning.

My younger son was asking for a camera of his own, I bought a DSLR camera for myself last year and had my small P & S sitting, so I gave it to him. He went on a school trip to the Zoo and I think he took 300 pictures, mostly closeups of himself and pics of his friends. Too funny that she did the same thing, very cute.

Which camera did you end up buying? I've been thinking of the Canon D50 for a while now. I need one for another business that I own and practicing on it in Disney sounds good to me! LOL

I bought the Canon Rebel XSi, it came with an 18-55mm kit lens. I am loving it so far, I ended up taking a photography class at a local college and have learned all the functionality. I was a real novice when I bought it and now I know how to use my camera without it being on auto. Disney is the best place to practise!

I almost pulled the trigger this year on the 50D but I waited too long. Costco pulled the deal off the website. I'm just waiting for a deal.
