has anyone rented a crib from them? our trip is in November and DD will be 10months old, she will not sleep in a pack n play, so we need a crib. TIA

I'm renting two cribs from them in ten days, I've heard nothing but positive reviews on them. I like that they deliver and pick up so all I have to do is use it. I can let you know once we get settled how it goes.

I had a very bad experience with them a few years ago. We rented a crib which they delivered, but when I started putting it together, I noticed a crack in a plastic support piece under the crib. There was absolutely no way I was going to put my child in a broken crib. I called them to report the problem and they told me there was nothing wrong with the crib and they would not refund my money. We were staying at GF and they ended up having a full-size crib I could use, so we used theirs and sent the other one back. Their customer service was horrible and they don't appear to be too concerned about the safety of children. I would steer clear.

I've rented a crib twice from them, and a stroller once. We were very pleased with them! Very easy to put the crib together and we had excellent customer service! I would definitely rent again!!

So we've been at WDW for a few days now and when we arrived our cribs were here and bell services delivered them to our room. They were what I expected white metal cribs with a decent mattress. My boys have no trouble sleeping in them. I would use A baby's best friend again
