Work is going to prevent our family from using all our Disney points this year. I have 92 points for Saratoga Springs with a March 2004 use year (which expire February 2005 and are 100% bankable at this time). Thus, all these points are transferable to other DVC members. I charge $11 per point for Saratoga Springs points due to their much higher purchase price. I require a contract be signed by both parties in all cases. I can email you a sample copy of the contract to look over before any agreement is reached. My preference would be to rent to DVC members, but I will rent on a first come first served basis to any renters who are aggreeable with the above terms. I'm also willing to work with any renters to get the reservations they want. If you have a specific rental in mind when you email me, please provide the following information I will check with member services as soon as possible to make the reservation for you:
1)Name(s) for the reservation (Have to be adults)
2) Check-in date and Check-out date
3)Size unit requesting (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, etc.)
4)Resort Choice (You may give me up to 3 in order of preference) with any specific view preference
5) Number in party (broken down by adults and children with the ages of the children)
6) Other special requests (e.g. non smoking vacation home, particular building number, etc.)
