90 day window?

I'm sure it's been asked but do I count back 90 days including the day I want PS or from the day before? ie I want PS 12-26 is 90 days 9-27 or 9-28?

I just let someone else do the thinking for me. Here is a web site that will calculate it for you. http://pscalculator.net/

Just type in the date you want and it will give you the day to call.
