90 day PS arrangements????

I used the calculator on this site to determine when to call to book a speciality cruise for my daughter's 16th birthday. It will be Dec 18 , so according to the calculator, I was supposed to call on Sept. 18. Only problem was the cast member said I needed to call back tomorrow on the 19th. Has anyone had a problem with the calculator. Is it off? Or did hte cast member get it wrong?

Has this happened to anyone else?

The specialty cruises book 90 days in advance- that will be on Sep 19 for a Dec 18 cruise. I just tried the PS calculator and it provided September 19 as the day to call.

I'd just call again in the morning (right at 6:59am EDT).
