90 day Booking Window about to open… questions!

First time booking since cruising started up again! Is it better to use the app or the DCL website?
Will options open up under “My Plans”? Between Palo, tastings and shore excursions, what first?
Do we still reserve times for character meet and greets?

I would have both open and logged in. Remember that your computer login expires so make sure to keep it current. I prefer computer because I can search for the excursion number and book it quickly,

Yes, they are under My Plans. I would prioritize based on what’s most important to you.

I didn’t see any reservations for Meet and Greets.

Did the 90 day 2 weeks ago during the IT upgrade….I did Palo first. Tastings were already sold out. No meet and greets listed. Some excursions were already sold out too… but we got everything we really wanted to do.

They haven't restarted doing character meet and greets yet. Just social distanced photos at specific times as seen in the app.

I usually find the app a bit quicker. Prioritize what it is you want most and book that first. Palo brunch and tastings generally sell out before excursions but some excursions (eg Baths in Tortola) sell out quick too. Palo dinner and spa are slower to sell out because they are offered every day of the cruise. If you book from most to least important to you, though, probably going to get at least some of what really matters to you.

I did my 90 day bookings for a 7nt Western Fantasy at 12:01am Sunday. I started on my tablet, I managed to book 1 port adventure and then it just hung. I switched to the app on my phone and that worked perfectly....so I'd start with the app. Very happy, got the Cozumel and Jamaica excursions I wanted and was able to book the Champagne, Mixology, and Chocolate and Liquor tastings for myself--2 sea days and 4pm Jamaica day.. First time for all of those. Grand Cayman only listed 13 excursions, none that I wanted, so I didn't book that...will keep an eye out to see if more get added closer to sailing, but I have a couple "on your own" plans now, just in case. We aren't interested in the adult dining or spa, but there was availability for most things except Palo brunch.
