90+10 days 11 through 14 - true or false?

Scrolling through the boards I get conflicting info (completely understandable with Disney's unfathomable ADR rules that change per CM you talk to) - last night I was told, after consultation with team members and supervisor who confirmed that day 11 on was only bookable at 90 days out. Makes me SUPER :sad2: but if that is the way it is that is the way it is (kind of like fighting the tide, just not worth it). However, if disboard members experience says that is not true then this trooper is willing to once again brave the 1:00am window to try and book the boxing day, and 1:00am on until all are booked through Dec 29th (despite the fact I may be fired due to falling asleep at my desk) but really, we must make all take it take it on the chin for Disney Dining.

Thanks as always to the experts for advice and support.

Do you mind if I restate your question?

Does 90+10 mean you can book ADRs for your arrival day plus TEN more days, so a total of 11, or does it mean

you can book ADRs for your arrival day plus NINE more days, for a total of 10?

This is the issue that has been being debated in a few other threads.

I thought it was "up to 10 days" when you called. Others say it's truly "plus 10 days" (giving you 11 days of ADRs). Dining CMs seems to be telling people both answers, and doing both depending on who you get (ha - big surprise). Apparently, online booking is allowing you only 10 total days, I believe, from what I read.

Who knows for sure? (Despite what's actually been happening)

My experience - based of course on only my experience online and with DD last night is that I could book only 10 nights - which for me was Dec 16th (check in date) until December 25th. As with the poster above, I would love to hear different experiences - although my true concern is for days 11 through 14.

My experience is thus:
On Sept 1, my 90 day window opened up. I booked 10 days worth of ADRs.
On Sept 2, I booked my 11th day.

Easy like that.

Exactly (agreeing with the post before mine):goodvibes

September 17th, you can book for Dec 16-25. September 18th, Boxing Day. September 19th, Day 12. September 20, Day 13. September 21, Day 14.

(This is because the 90+10 shifts every day...so it becomes a one-to-one day difference after the first day of your 90+10 window...hopefully this makes sense).

(On September 18th, one is eligible to book for December 17th plus 10, taking you to the 26th).

Clear as mud?? :rotfl:

It appears your 90+10 adr's were booked correctly...90+10 day booking window opened for the first 10 day's of your vacation 90 day's out.

Unfortunately that's not the case with other Diser's who reported to be able to get Dec 15-Dec 25 (11 days worth) 90 day's out...thus the cause for frustration. :headache:

When I booked my ADR's I was able to book into my 11th day.

We arrive on Oct. 1 and I was able to book dinner on the 11th that first day of ADR's. The next morning I got up and went online again and booked Oct. 12th.

So does the 90+10 rule only apply to guests staying on site? I tried booking my reservations today for Dec 17-23 and Im staying at the dolphin resort. They said I would have to call in everyday to book the reservations since im not staying onsite. Im so bummed I hope I get the places I wanted...:headache:

Our arrival date is 12/17. I did not book anything for that date as we arrive during vampire hours. I was able to book an ADR on 12/27 however....so technically, that is day 11. I only actually have ADR's on 10 days though, since none are booked on the 17th. I have no idea if that is why, I doubt it, but just thought I would post my situation. I kept getting the numeric error message for on-line booking ( no matter what I tried) so did call in for my ressies at about 7:30 Eastern time. One thing that was new to me this time was that the CM was only able to book 6 ADR's, then had to re-enter all my info and start again to add my other dates. She said the system only allows 6 at a time now...first I heard of that. It went smooth enough, just news to me that you caould only book 6 then re-enter. Maybe it was a computer hic-cup, not sure, but none of my stuff disappeared or anything when she re-started .

When we originally booked our vacation, we were planning on going for 2 weeks but DH couldn't swing the extra week off from work so we had to change our dates. When our ADR window opened, I was able to book 11 days then had to do the remaining 3 days 1 day at a time. This was back in June so it may have changed since then.

So - here's my weird story - when I first posted this thread I was only able to book through December 25th (that was done at 1:00am MST). Magically yesterday sometime during the day the 26th opened up and I was able to book that. Today I am able to book the 27th.

So.... what this means is that the CM and supervisor gave me incorrect info and the online booking system is completely whacked. However, I'm not complaining at this point as it's working in my favour.

What I really need to know is, how do I pull up my full list of ADR's so I can make sure I have what I believe I have (I didn't get some email confirmations) and I can make sure that my cancellations are done so I'm not double booked. Please don't tell me there is not a way and I have to call long distance to find out!

Ha, that's a surprise! LOL

Under "My Disney Vacation" you can click on Dining Reservations. Enter each confirmation and telephone # that the dining reservation is under one (or 2) at a time. When you have done this for all your reservations, you can email the entire list to yourself.

Glad it all worked out for you!

The problem is the confirmation numbers.... I'm guessing there is no way to do via your resort reservation or your phone number which is tied to? No wait, sorry that would make sense = stupid question.

Forgive my rant once again but couldn't a company as big and sophisticated as Disney do some beta testing to make sure it works properly and not crash and throw out error messages that have no meaning and get feedback on the system and make improvement before rolling it out to the masses? Wouldn't something as simple as being able to pull up all your dinner reservations connected to your reservation number be basic? Okay I'm done - back to work :coffee:

Don't worry about the rant :thumbsup2 - their computer system is one of the most frustrating I have ever seen.

AFAIK right now there is no way to pull up your reservations online without the confirmation #. Who knows, that may change soon. Every time I go on the site something is different (not a great thing to do in a production environment, IMO and possibly why so many errors are happening).

On another note, I wonder if the reason people are experiencing different times when the system can be accessed is because of jobs running in the background at night. For example, they may be loading the restaurant times into the system at 1AM. Depending on what else is happening on the system, that job may take 2 hours and the system is available at 3AM ET or it may take 3 hours or 4 hours. The only guarantee (well, you know what I mean!) is that it will be done by 6AM ET. :confused3

That is correct. 90 +10 is only for onsite. Although The Dolphin is within WDW it is not a WDW property.
