OMG Disney really wants me to come back bad!!! I just got another email. This one is about the BC. Last one was about CBR. They are definitely watching every move I make on their website!

I just read the first 4 pages. Will try to catch up with the whole thing later! I need to run to the school now and get everything all set up for Santa's Workshop, it starts next Tuesday when the kids come back from Thanksgiving break.

Sounds like the airfare fiasco turned out in your favor with the vouchers!! I bet you are planning the next trip already!

Hope you felt better the next day and that Migraine didn't last long! You are Right! WCC IS NOT the place to be having a nasty migraine! We were only there at breakfast and it wasn't too loud then! We did hear the noise IN OUR ROOM in the evenings though! Gosh it WAS VERY LOUD!!!

Thanks for the Epcot break for me! Right here in the midst of chaotic Family time I'm able to visit my favorite place on earth.

Yes, thankfully that was the only major migraine I got all week. But of all days we had to have a WCC ADR that day!

I wondered if you might be able to hear WCC noise from some of the WL rooms.

After the ride if you go to the computers you can bring up your videos and send them home and/or to anyone. They are hilarious!!

I'm not sure if I'll post anymore updates tonight or tomorrow. In addition to Thanksgiving tomorrow it is my DH's birthday! I am actually baking a cake right now.

We aren't doing anything tomorrow until we go to my parent's in the evening. So I may make it on here at one point or another throughout the day. But if not -- Have a Happy Thanksgiving everybody!!

Not sure if I'm going out shopping Friday or not. I'm kind of leaning towards not right now. Haven't really seen anything that we need to go out in the crazy AM hours to get! Plus it is supposed to be really cold here by then.

Sunday we are taking the kids to the Star Wars concert. They know nothing about it. It's a total surprise and it is their Christmas gift from us. http://www.starwarsinconcert.com/ I heard about it from another DISer and knew that the boys just had to go to it! My brother, SIL, and nephew are going too, so it should be a fun day!

We are meeting my brother, SIL, and nephew for lunch and then we are going to tell them that we are heading into the city for something fun, but not telling them what until we get there!!

Thanks! We had a very nice, relaxing day yesterday. Then today we tore into the Christmas decorating.

Sunday November 8th ~ Our first full day in Disney!

We had no real morning plans this morning. So we slept in a bit and got up around 8-8:30 and got ready. First thing we did was take a tour of POR. It was a very comfortable day, right around 80. But this would be the first day of many that we would get very high winds from tropical storm Ida. I'm talking CRAZY WINDS!! Like almost knock you over winds. Leaves blowing everywhere, napkins blowing everywhere, hard to stand up sometimes, peoples hats blowing off their heads. . . you get the point!

POR is a very beautiful and lush resort. Here is a map if you want to follow along on our walk! http://www.wdwinfo.com/resortmaps/port-riverside.htm We walked out of our room - on the AB 18 side of AB 27, and turned left and walked past all of 27. Past 27 there is a thick wooded area on the left. There we turned right and walked across the bridge. We passed the fishing hole, the Muddy Rivers pool bar, and then the main swimming pool. It is very nice! We then walked around behind the pool and crossed the bridge between the Mansions 80 & 85 and took a right and walked along the river. We passed Mansions 85 & 90 and then turned right and crossed the bridge back over to the main side and checked out the buildings in the main area. Everything at POR is very beautiful.
