9/7/06 10 night Wonder Southern Caribbean "Cruising in WONDERland!"

What is Mouse Surplus?? This might be something I need to know about. I have never stayed at Wilderness Lodge but I did go see it.

They are a HUGE warehouse that sells Disney surplus! I've bought many things from them.
They sell on Ebay id name mousesurplus and when you are in the Orlando area you can go to their ware house and buy stuff there!

I wish I could do mouse surplus for the DCL chairs but I wouldn't have any where to put them and plus the shipping costs are a little too high for me.

I will say this about the shipping.... the 2, 3 & 4th chair were not anywhere near that expensive to ship. I tried to get them to let me use our shipping number (dh is a VP for a large chain of stores/warehouses) and they wouldn't let me. If I personally knew the Orlando manager (of the co dh works for) I would have called her to pick them up and ship them for me.

I hope dh doesn't read this thread before the chairs arrive.... They are a surprise for him. Of course now the kids are going to want a backyard pool! LOL! DH doesn't believe in backyard pools, swingsets or backyard trampolines. Since those are the # 1, 2 & 3 reasons that children end up in the emergency room

But we don't go to St. Kitts. That's the 11 night. Will she be in ours? I told my DH who is a big fan ofr Susan Egan and he is already trying to figure out how to get her autograph.
I hope she is on ours also.

Hey everyone here is my DD ready for the pirate adventures onboard to begin!

We saw Susan Egan on our 14 day cruise and she was amazing! I hope she will be on our cruise as it was the best night of entertainment for me. She has an amazing voice! Wonderful talent.

For any one interested I saw on Diz pins that the new Castaway Club gift is 2 pins and a lanyard! As of July 8th. It says one per CC member.

Do they do different CC gifts for the special cruises?

BTW - your dd is a cutie! My 2 youngest have been practicing being pirates with their new blow up swords from McD! LOL! 5dd told me she was going to Pirate school...

Stephanie - It took a long time for Mouse Surplus to ship the furniture to me. I made payment for it in the middle of May, but I'm glad it finally arrived. The shipping company, however, was a real nightmare...but that's another story!

I'm so glad that Susan Egan will be on our cruise! I'm going to have to figure out how to meet her!

What does everyone have planned for this weekend? ONLY 8 MORE WEEKENDS TO GO!

Well, I'm not ready! LOL! I still have to arrange (either buy or rent) Tuxes for dh & our sons. I would like to find at least one more dressy dress for the second Formal night. I found a beautiful dress that I want BIG time but, I would have to get a new body to go with it!
And I think 15dd needs a couple of Formal dresses....

It's been comfirmed (by someone that just got off the ship yesterday) that the lanyard & pin are in addition to the regular CC gift.

I love my Ducky Williams print that I've received as our Conceirge gift. We also have a small print that he did of the Primevil Whirl (AK) that 8DS received from the CM's that were working at Primevil Whirl one night this Feb )(EMH) and he was wearing his B-day button! They also let him & 15dd ride it 8 times in a row -- he turned 8 that trip.
We couldn't believe how neat the print was! What a great gift!

When we met Ducky on the Halloween cruise of 2005, Ducky said there will be a special print for the 10 day WONDER cruise. He did not say if it was going to be a giveaway or for sale. We have several negatives that are used for poster printing. We purchased these at a Disneyanna convention a few years ago. Ducky told me to bring them and if they were his he would be glad to sign them. I'm just running out of room to pack everything I want to take with.

Thanks Steph for the info. I fell in love with that site. As a cast member i was allowed to go to property control at DWD. I bought some awesome things there. I miss not being able to get in there anymore. DH seen the monorail car, now he wants it for our front lawn.

What fun! A Monorail car in the front lawn.... I don't think the city would think that was such a good idea.
