9:40 Flight arrival DME question

I know luggage cut off for the DME is 10:00 pm, but we arrive at 9:40 pm. If something happens and it didn't make it to the DME service would they just add it to the next mornings delivery? Really love just not having to worry about picking up our four suitcases!

We are planning on packing a carry on with everything we need for the next day, would not be a big deal if it sat in the holding pile. Thoughts?

We arrived about that same time in October, I think our luggage arrived about midnight, maybe a little later. You can ask bell services to hold your luggage until the next morning if you want them to. I think you will be OK, once you check in at DME they will know to look for it.

If you arrive at 9:40 PM you would not be able to pick up any yellow DME tagged bags yourself.

If you tag your bags, and you land, on-time, at 9:40, DME will most likely get the bags. If they do, you might get a knock on your door at 2am! If that's the case, just let Bell Services/Luggage Assistance know you want the bags delivered in the morning. Then, hang the 'privacy please' hanger out on your door.
If the plane lands late, the tagged bags will be held until the next morning.

Unless, as I've read once or twice, the staff knows that the plane is coming in late and stays.

So, OP, be prepared to have or not have the bags until the next day. That way you're set.
