I just heard (through an email from a local christian radio station) that Chris is engaged! ohhh how sweet!

Congrats to all of you Weight Losers!

I have hit a plateau over the past two months and cannot break it. I am about to embark on 7 days with NO carbs to try and kick start my system. I would love to lose another 10lbs before we sail. Total I have lost almost 40lbs so I know that is good but for me, it is frustrating....I wanted to lose 60
Oh well!

Oh gosh that can be sooooo frustrating! You are doing exactly like you should be doing but nothing is changing. I am glad you have not given up though! That is what I do and why I am where I am!

Did you and your mother decide on what FE you wanted?

Nevermind! got them. I have not had a chance to keep up with the FE list here lately. Gennifer has been so wonderful keeping up with it. I think she said she would have an updated list Wednesday?

Yes, I am working on it, I was just waiting for everyone to send me any new GTY room assingments or any new additions to our list or just updates.

I will have it by Wed. So if any changes please get them to me ASAP....pretty please.

Hello all,

I know many of you have received your GTY room assignments, up-grades.and a few new folks added to our crazy group... So, I will be up-dating the Excell FE list (with the help of Jen and her list .ASAP.

So if anyone has any room changes, up-grades or other FYI can you please get that information to either me or Jen. It's my hopes to have it done by mid-week.

We are getting close, and I can feel the excitement swirling around....

Our family is dieting as well and I am down 37 pounds in 12 weeks. I have increased my cardio by 20 more minutes a day and I am eating very few carbs with lots of vegetables and enough protein at every meal. 17 pounds is great keep up the good work. I figure I might put on at least 4 pounds during the cruise.

I am trying to up my veggies too, carrots have become my snack of choice, I was never a huge vegetable fan, but I think I've started to acquire a taste for them, I actually look for the carrots now over other stuff.

Hey Gang!!! I wasn't able to get on before work; I was running late. You weight loss wonders, keep it up! I am just going to have to be happy with me - I don't seem to have time or energy to try to get in a workout. I know it is a vicious cycle; if I would exercise, I would have more energy.

I am excited about meeting everyone in person, looking at everyone's FEs (especially those new ones!), and sharing some good times making good memories!

Ran into him in Sept 09, and he told us the next morn. where he would be serving br'kfast and said he would be so honered if he could serve us, He was Great.

Don, my favorite server was in Palo. His name was Sean. He was amazing; I don't think he will be there now though. He was going to go home to his fiance or have her come to the states and they were both getting jobs stateside. In a dining room scenario vs a specialty dining venue, my favorite server has been on a Royal Caribbean ship. Have yo found out if Lloyd is still with DCL? What made him so special? So glad he loves his teacher! I loved Victoria. She was...a kindergarten teacher! It was hilarious when we had our parent teacher talks. She couldn't turn off the Kindergarten teacher talk. LOL She was so sweet and adored Victoria.

I have a question 4-U.Have you ever heard of the 4 groups of servers that the ship has, they are named with different names? I heard this last cruise, the names are; The PARIS group, Orlando , Vegas and the L. A. group. Have you heard of that before???????

I know there was an imagineer named Orlando Ferrante - he is considered a legend now. I have not heard of names for groups of servers - tell me more.
