Great picks Karen! We love Teppan Edo! We had the best time there on our last trip, we ended up with the best table mates, and we kept running into them all week long. CRT, I haven't been to since Kelly was 14, that was the last time she was interested in going there. Chef Mickey's we still do for breakfast, same with Ohana. Crystal Palace we love. Bob and I are both iffy about Whispering Canyon, it wasn't bad, we just like other places better. I think we are going to try Biergarten on this trip, that is one of Bob's picks. Sanaa I know he won't touch with a ten foot pole, so I won't even bother asking him about that. Has anybody done the Afternoon Tea at GF? I would love to do that...but Bob keeps telling me that is a "Ladies Thing" :rotfl: apparently real men don't do tea.

I just got these pictures from my Step-Daughter Brittany, so I wanted to share them with you. Britt and her husband got a puppy! His name is Spaghetti and he is a Puggle (Beagle and Pug mix)

And here is Lilo Meeting Spaghetti...she couldn't figure him out...and got very jealous that Bob's parents were making a fuss over him. Lilo is the BABY.

Bob calls this her "Take him away look"

Lilo never got aggressive or nasty with Spaghetti, but she sure was a happier dog when he left, that is for sure!

Karen, my DSis & I will be at DHS on Saturday the 19th, too. I'm taking her there to go on Toy Story for the first time!! Actually, this is only her second trip ever to Disney, so it will be her first time for a lot of things!

Donna, Spaghetti is SUCH a cute name!! And what a cute dog!! Very adorable!! Of course, not to leave Lilo out -- she is very cute too!!!

how cute is that puppy??!!!! i can remember when cerby was that small, it was a LONG time ago, he's huge now! loving the last photo, you could just imagine that lilo is thinking "i'm bored of him now, take it away" :rotfl:

i'm glad i've made the rest of my ADRs now, it seems like theres a lot less to worry about booking now. still gotta get my MNSSHP tickets and book divequest but they'll have to wait til closer to the time, i need to pay the holiday off first, my final payment is due in a month :scared1:
but hey, its only 17 days til i go to spain!!!!!

Donna, the Afternoon Tea is wonderful!! There are always some men there when we go, so he wouldn't be totally out of place. My MIL & I usually go by ourselves though. The presentation is so nice!! We usually get the package that comes with the finger sandwhiches, the scones, and then dessert. Yummy!! :thumbsup2

Donna, cute pictures! I love the name Spaghetti, that's adorable.

Karen, I'm glad you got all of your ADRs!! I can't believe we're all booking our ADRs. That makes the trip feel so much closer.

I think I'm going to do WCC instead of Ohana. I don't want to wait until 9:30 to have dinner! I'm going to keep checking back periodically before we go on the trip and maybe something earlier will open up there or at Le Cellier. But if not, no big deal! I like my alternatives.

If you really wanted to go to Le Cellier and were at Epcot around lunch, try going there right when they open. I have seen (even during free dining) them take walk ups, but only RIGHT when they first open. Same thing for 'Ohana. Although it is harder there with only 2. It's crazy, these places always say they have no openings...but whenever we go there, there are always empty seats?? :confused3

I feel sick today. But there is supposed to be some big email coming out about the "rewire" today, and even though I know that I don't need to worry about it (my supervisor talked to me yesterday), I still want to see what it says and how others react!! So, I want to go home, but I want to stay...but I feel like crap and really want to just go home and cuddle with Minnie. She always makes me feel better.

From what I know, Le Cellier is small so that's why it books up so quickly. But Ohana's? :confused3 I didn't think that would be such problem! I'm happy with what I have but I'll keep checking back. If not, there's always next time.

When they made layoffs here, we got an email that made it sound like it wasn't coming for months. Then it happened the following week! It sucks that companies have to do this.

Le Cellier is small, but it is also insanely popular, especially because it is a steakhouse and it is only 1 credit -- so many people on the dining plan like to go there. 'Ohana's is pretty big, but it is mostly big tables for large groups, not small tables. There's still plenty of tables for 6 available on the night I wanted, but nothing for 2 (or 3 or 4 ;)) I really hope we can get Le Cellier next week when our 90 + 10 opens -- I haven't eaten there in a couple of trips, and it's yummy!!

if you're booking for your 90+10, just make sure you call at 90 days out and make le cellier as far into your trip as possible, thats what i did for chef mickeys, CRT and le cellier. we check in on the 12th but CRT is the 15th, chef mickeys is the 17th, and le cellier is the 18th. the way i figured it was that if i tried to make the popular ones later in my holidays, i've got a few days advantage on the masses trying to get the same ADRs. :)

mary, we're aiming for MNSSHP on the 15th, i think everyone on here is going on the 22nd, but i dont want to do it so far into my holiday, i want time to eat all the candy :rotfl:, theres a party on the 18th too but thats a friday night so trying to avoid that as its likely to be busier. plus i've booked CRT for our MNSSHP night so we can have a nice meal before we head out to party!!

hope you're feeling better though

I haven't had a chance to completely go through the thread, but is everyone planning on meeting up at some point of time on the Wonder? My husband and I live in Orlando and are at Disney all.the.time.! Unfortunately, our season passes just expired, but we still haunt everything else on Disney property. We're waiting to renew those passes until our 8 month old can start walking a little.

Maybe we should all go in a group to Ohana. :rotfl: We may have better luck getting an ADR that way!

Dr.Girlfriend - A few of us are planning to meet up the night before the cruise, at Jellyrolls. I think the whole thread is planning to meet up before the sail away party. There hasn't been much talk of that lately though. I'm sure Karen will know the details. She's good with that. ;)

I'm Jen by the way and will be sailing with my DBf Joe! It's our first Disney cruise.

Hi, Jen!

I was adjusting my countdown ticker...and am I reading this right? Tomorrow is the 90 day mark? If so, I need to hop and and make my Palo ressies tomorrow!

My name is Steph, DH's name is Paul. This is my 5th Disney Cruise and my husband's 4th. We decided to take a "parents only" cruise without the kiddos this time around because we wanted to celebrate our upcoming 4th wedding anniversary and a post-babymoon. We have an 8 year old daughter and an 8 month old son. Luckily, our daughter was all for us taking a vacation because "vacations make parents less crabby". Hahahahaha. I'm hoping to take my daughter on a mommy-daughter cruise next year.

ETA: Nevermind. 92 days out. 2 days to go. ;)

The 90 day mark is good for resort/theme park ADRs. I don't think I can make reservations for anything on board until July 11th. But since you've been on DCL before, I think you can make them sooner. I think Mary (mkasch on our thread) made her Palo reservations already!

Your daughter is right! :rotfl: Welcome to our thread! We're a chatty, friendly bunch here. :)

hiya Steph!!
i've just had a look on the ADR calculators on the net, and i think our 90 day mark is friday. i'm all paid off so i think i'm going to try and book our excursions on friday too. still havent decided what excursions though :rolleyes1:

so far we've kinda agreed on a few hours at jellyrolls on the 23rd, the night before the cruise, and then some of us are off to EMH at epcot.
we're also going to meet before the safety drill, i think we all kinda agreed on about 2.30pm on deck 10 overlooking the goofy pool, i think possibly aided by a few of Lainey's drink of choice, the goombay smash......... :rotfl:

are you on facebook? i created a group on there for our cruise if you wanna join:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=64245672458

also, we're doing a fish extender gift exchange if you want to join in, there's 8 cabins participating so far, should be good fun :)

jenny, thats not that bad an idea actually about ohanas........ if you're serious i'm sure we could arrange something.

yeah you're right, i think she's on the REAS package so she gets to make hers at 105 days out, castaway club members can make them at 90, and i think everyone else can make them at 75

Sure, if you all wanted to do Ohana and we could find a night to make it work, that would be fun.

I'm usually shy when I first meet people but I've been talking to everyone on this thread for months so it feels like I've already met them! We'll get him out of his shell. ;)
