We were down to the bus stop by 7:15 am. We had a breakfast reservation at Crystal Palace for 8:10 am. We ran a little late getting to our reservation as it took longer than I had expected to get from the French Quarter to the Magic Kingdom. We ended up checking in about 8:15 am. I thought that we were going to be waiting a while. There were lots of people waiting. Plus they called a party of 32 right before us. We ended up waiting only about 10 minutes. Gave me a chance to get some pictures of the restaurant and the castle.

Once we were seated our server Vinnie came right away and explained the buffet to us and got our drinks. We both got a coke, needed something to wake us up for the long day ahead. Then we headed to the buffet. It was your normal breakfast food. They did seem to have a couple odd things though. Lots of variety of food. We even tried the salmon it was okay nothing I would get all the time. I am not a fish eater though. Alan loved the cinnamon balls and the buttery biscuits. During the breakfast we saw Tigger, Pooh, and Piglet. Eeyore somehow missed our area. So I asked our server about seeing him. And then he told the manager. We were told to find him before we left. We paid the check using the dining plan. Would have cost us $47.29. We find the manager on our way out and she said as soon as he returned from break to get his attention. So we finally did get a picture with him. They also did the 100 acre woods birthday celebration while we were there

Would we revisit? If its just Alan & I probably not. However, if we are with a group or someone who wants to then yes. We just have other places we would also like to try.

Would we recommend to others? Yes especially if you want to eat with winnie the pooh characters or want to be in the Magic Kingdom before it opens.

Aaaah! I think I was there the same day as you, also staying at french quater. Eyore also missed my section. Wife was not happy, as she was wearing her eyore shirt. Food was excellent though.

Enjoyed reading your review, thanks for posting.

Our family ventured to the crystal palace for breakfast this past Tuesday. We really enjoyed the food alot. They had a dish called breakfast lasagna, It was more like dessert lasagna it was sweet and yummy. The also seved a frittata with veggies outstanding. My son enjoyed the waffles alot. Oh and everyone should try the puffed french toast on the childrens buffet, very very good more like a donut. My future son in law loved the smoked salmon too. We had a great server as well, I would definately visit the crystal palace again for breakfast.
