my hold time of 34 minutes was close to accurate, it was right around that amount of time. i am on the way to the hospital now as my heart stopped beating after they quoted the AK cruise...ouch. let's see...what to sell...dogs, artwork, vital organs...

On the bright side (1) you can't take it with you and (2) we have a cat 3 for both the LA-Vanc repo and the first AK cruise.

Wonder if something happened to their system. My sis was on the normal number and I was on the CC number. After an hour she thought she was in but was disconnected. I call exactly at 8am and got an estimate of 31 minutes - now 70 minutes and still waiting...

Was quoted 12 minute wait time at 7am central. Now an hour over that time. Still waiting!

I'm a TA and called 758 and told it wasn't open yet. I hung up and called right back. After getting all the announcements at 801 am I was told that I had 102 minute wait. I'm still waiting. Been trying to go online but I'm told my Castaway registration name doesn't match my ID #. I tried to re-register and was told I'm already registered. I went into get my ID # and I copied it and pasted it and I'm told it's still wrong. I'm frustrated but not hanging up.

That disconnecting mess is awful! I'm glad I've got two lines going so if one gets disconnected, I still have a chance. I'm almost an hour and 15 mins. into a supposed 44 min. hold on the one line and dying to use the bathroom. Just watch...I'll have to bring the phones with me, and I'm sure they'll pick up on the flush.

Your original post did appear, but once you have the prices copied over, maybe you can just close this thread unless there is some reason to keep a record of the wait times and frustrations over being disconnected.

I had the exact same thing happen. I was on hold for about an hour and was disconnected. Now I was told my wait time was 125 minutes. This is just wrong.

I called right at 8AM..sat in a que and disc! I am so frustrated as this is for clients...it's not even fr myself yet....ugh. So sorry this is happening to others too
