I wonder why the huge price difference between 8/2 and 8/9. :confused3

I wonder if 8/2 is on the next pricing tier already.

4/27 repo

Cat 9b, 2 Adults w/ins. & transfers- $1734.00

Less than I thought would it be.

I used a TA also! My booking showed up y-day! Will they post the price on my CC page or do I have to wait for my TA to contact me with the prices?

We are booked on the PC Repo in Cat 11A, 2 rooms next door to each other.:wizard:

When you use a TA, the price is between you and the agent. So the only time you'll see your cruise price in your online reservation is when you book direct with the cruise line. This is standard for all lines.

I finally got through after over two hours. Interesting, I had two cell phones and a landline going, and the first phone to get through was the last one I got through on, about 15 minutes after the others! It seemed the CC number was better than the other one, even though it gave me a busy signal for a while.

The other two lines came through while I was on the phone, I just canceled them. Hopefully that gets others through quickly.

We booked the following:
July 5, 2011 sailing
Cat T, three adults w/insurance $12,990.89 ($800 pp deposit)
Cat 4A, two adults w/insurance $7,926.26 ($300 pp deposit)
Couldn't get connecting rooms, but got two rooms next door to each other.

Transportion is $49/pp round trip. Not included in above.

There was a category R available for August 16 sailing, but we couldn't do that cruise. Otherwise no R (Walt/Roy suites) available for Alaska. But I think that will change as inventory control works through the list of their pre bookings.

I got some information on the pre-post stay hotels. There are three hotels:
Fairmon Pacific Rim ($345 for 3 people, $294 for 2 people)
Fairmont Airport ($300 for 3 people, $249 for 2 people)
Fairmont Waterfront ($325 for 3 people, $274 for 2 people)

After 2 1/2 hours, we're in!:cool1:

6/21 C11A 1A1K 10 $2709.26 [no ins/trns/air]

This is what I also found out while talking to the rep. Since my transfer resie was originally from 12/06 when there was no 50% deposit in place we had to pay $600 pp.

Other rooms looked at but not booked:
C06A 2A2K 10, 12 $7558.52
C05C 2A2K 10, 12 $7200.00 apx

Suites are $800 pp deposit, final payment due at 150 days for Alaska cruises.
Non-suites final payment is due at 120 days for Alaska cruises.

OBC for 6/21 cruise is $275. We are gold.

CM asked sup about the Wednesday cutoff for 50% deposits and neither one had heard that.

Transfers to & from airport/ship for Alaska cruises are $49 pp without a pretrip stay.

Alaskan Cruise 7/5
cat 11c 2 adults with insurance $2,827.26
cat 11c adults without insurance $2,609.26

I am a gold memeber, Ginger my Disney agent knew nothing about the $250.00 on board credit

6/21 C10A #5020 2A2K 10, 12 $4816.52 [no ins/trns/air]

So if you paid the $250 deposit, you now owe another $350pp?:scared1:

We booked through DU and here is our info...

WB Repo cruise, 2 Adults, Cat 11C GTY, $4126.36. No air, no insurance, no ground transportation. $600 total deposit for both, ($300 a piece).

Booked the 4/27 and the first Alaskan 5/3. Asked about OBC and was told that there was none.

To those of you who have booked already and been told that you are getting OBC--- could you check your ressies and see if the OBC shows up somewhere on your reservation?

I checked mine and didn't see anything. I am a Gold.

I appreciate it. I would try calling DCL back, but I shudder at the thought.
