9/20/09 Wonder

Hi I'm new to the DISboards and was reading through all the posts of others cruising on the 9/20 cruise. I'm sailing with a group of 40 - surprising my MIL for her 80th birthday! I would LOVE to make some door magnets for everyone but can't figure out how to add the Disney font to Photobucket. I have such a big group (14 rooms) so I really didn't want to impose and ask someone else. Any suggestions?

Because of the group size I won't be joining the fish extender group but would love to meet those of you on this board that have been keeping in touch for the past several months (Pinky166, LC30, OurOhana,Mbrwr, etc.)

I'd appreciate any help regarding the magnets - time is running out!!

Hey there. Welcome! We would love to meet you. Promenade Lounge at 3 p.m. For fonts...the easiest way for me to get the fonts were to go to google search and search "disney fonts". Here's an example of what I downloaded.... http://www.dafont.com/walt-disney.font I found 3-4 different ones that I liked using Google search.

Hey everyone. Thank you! We're really glad it all worked out too. DS will miss photo day and we'll miss the parent/staff social but its all worth it for a little trip on the Mickey Boat.

I'm making welcome magnets for each family as part of the FE gifts. I'd like to ask if you don't mind PMing me your family name or what name you want to put on the magnet. If you don't mind posting it here, that fine too but wanted to give you the option.

We're The Brewers OR The Bru Cru And I will LOVE the magnet!!! I can say now that I'm a magnet fanatic...

Oh...if you PM me your email address, I'll send you my magnet files. I cheated on them and use powerpoint but it works well enough to create a few magnets. But there's lots of other really helpful people on the site that can help with magnets that do great work. There's lots of thread on it, check out the FAQ site on the page and look for the Door Magnet/Door Signs link.

WELCOME!!! It will be great to meet you and how wonderful having so many family members together... (you just gave me an idea for my mother's birthday )hehehehehe

Anyway... I downloaded the Disney font for a website (I just googled Disney font free download) and installed in my computer (the same website told me how to install it.
If you can find it let me know and I'll try to find it for you.

Just received my documents in the mail... Actually what I got was a booklet about things I shouldn't forgot and our luggage tags!!!! I'm sooooe excited!!! Just 3 weeks !!!!

Hi guys, sorry I have not been on in a while... but I am soooo happy that when I checked my reservation like 1 1/2 ago I realized I got a 2 category bump from a 12 to a 10 (wooo hooo) not like I really know what to expect, but hey it sounded good... LOL! Anyway I hope my cruise docs are at home when I arrive... I am sooo looking forward to this cruise... as is my daughter so it is so exciting... i still need to book my transfers... but hey the flight and cruise are paid for!

I just realized you may not be able to PM me yet. If you give me your email address, I'll send you the files. I definitely copy the templates into powerpoint files, it's not the prettiest way to do it but it works. You can download the fonts off google search sites. Here's an example of one. http://www.searchfreefonts.com/free/walt-disney-script.htm

You download it, then install it into your system. If you can't get it to work, point me to the templates you want and I can try to do it for you.

I am officially doubley excited. Not only did my cruise packet come in yesterday but I just found out they extended the Wishes Dessert Party. I called and I was able to secure a reservation for Friday the 25th during MNSSHP.

It is available all dates (except Sundays) from now through the end of October, it starts an hour before Wishes is scheduled for that day.

I am sure you'll agree the desserts look YUMMY!!!!
