just booked this sailing, taking two daughters (grown), one son-in-law, a 2 year old grandson, 9 year old granddaughter and 10 year old granddaughter. We have a veranda and inside cabin on deck 6.

Hey Everyone,

I haven't logged on in a while. I have been a bit busy since I just changed jobs. Just wondering whats new and where i can find the updated fe list.

Have we planned a place to meet? Are we planning to?

On my last cruisse the group had shirts made but mine didn't arrive in time for my trip. Maybe we can make a standard design that each of us can print on Iron on transfers and pick a shirt color to use. Anyone Interested?

Please add me to the FE too! We participated in our first one, in November and it was fun! Are there "rules" for the FE yet? Our only problem we ran into in November, was that some people only left one goody/gift bag per cabin, while other people left it for each person in the cabin....this was hard on us, as we were two different families travelling! It became quite interesting...

OK...so I'm slow....I just saw the FE list, and I'm already on there! Now, I just need to see if there are "rules"...

For the 4 times I have done the FE's we have not really set rules since everyone has a different budget and different thoughts on what they want and can do. So, we also had some times where there were big gift bags and other times there may have been some stickers and a bottle of bubbles but the fun for the kids is just seeing what is in there and having a surprise so not sure we were really going to set any "formal rules" that way all can participate without feeling like it may break the bank so to speak. It's also hard to keep up with how many are in each cabin and how many kids for some, so the gift bags may be easier. Some other did just a magnet on our door as well.

But if I am wrong in thinking that way, please let me know. We just want it to be easy and fun for everyone. If others have feedback, please post so we can all be on the same page and fair to all

Thanks so much!!! We have a great list going for FE's so far and I am sure more will join as we get closer. That brings me to another question/option...on our last cruise we had a cut-off date and some asked to only be included in the first 25, etc. for budget reasons. So, they would only get from the first 25 on the list and only have to give to the first 25. Is that something we want to add to ours?? Just want to know what everyone thinks so I have all the info. for when I put the final list and instructions together

Oh, and I was reading on the 1st page to tell about "celebrations"... well, the day we sail is my 25th birthday!

Sorry, Shelly...forgot to mention that yes you can celebrate a special occasion even if it's not the exact time on the cruise. Our friends parents celebrated their anniversary last time in September and it was actually in October. If you tell the wait staff on your first night, they will take care of it on whatever night you request. We celebrated my son's birthday one year, too. There is also a Birthday Celebration Cabin Decoration you can order. I think it was $39.95. I have photos if you want to see them. I can post them. We have also done the Bon Voyage cabin decorations once before.
They come with a cake as well.

Thanks for the info! I like the idea about the paint chips also.

No problem...as we get closer, I can gather the # of children in each cabin and add it to the when I PM everyone with the Cabin #'s, etc.

Which reminds me, if you know your cabin # and HAVE signed up for the FE Fun - please PM me with it (& # of children with boy/girl and ages if you want to) so I can start my detailed list. The more I can collect now - the less crazy it will be as we get closer

Yes we're also on the Sept 12 sailing with Stacy. I'll celebrate my birthday the first week, and then DD will turn 11 on the second!

You guys better take care of the ship for those of us who are only lucky enough to join you for week 2!!! That is so awesome - I would love to one day get to do B2B on the Magic! Cannot wait to hear how Tortola cruise was! Hope you guys all have a great time!

We are debating taking the kids out of school on Friday so we can head down Thursday night and spend Friday at Cocoa Beach...shhhhh!!! We spent the day at the beach the day before our Wonder cruise and had a great time but they didn't have to miss a day then since we left port on Sunday
