Hey everyone,

We just took advantage of the 50% off your deposit and booked another cruise. WE did the Sept 30 2006 eastern and couldn't stand the wait for another. It will be me and my DH anniversary and we will be bringing DS who will be 6 at the time of the drinp and other DS who will be 1 1/2 at the time we cruise. Also this timwe we our bringing my mom who will be 64 then.

We are all really excited and can't wait.

So who's else is going??? Also what is the fish extender game?

go to your reservation or call disney and tell them to note the birthday in the reservation. We alwys like to go around our anniversary and they brought us a beautiful cake with a happy anniversary thing on it made in chocolate with the design on the ship. they usually celebrate it one night at dinner. I will look for a picture and post it.

Room in here for a few more??? Just booked this cruise for my family. At the time of the cruise, it will be:

Me (Scott, 36)
DW (Amanda, 33)
DS (Tyler, 5)
DD (Ashley, 5)

This will be our second cruise. We did a 4-day Wonder last September. Went by too quickly so now we're going with the 7-day. Don't plan on telling the kids until their birthday in April. Doubt I'll make it that long. I still need to go back and read the previous posts in this thread, but wanted to go ahead and touchbase with our fellow cruisers!

I'm glad to see so many families on board! Although I've been on DCL 6 times, this will be our first 7 day!!! My husband feels this is too long to be on a boat! Crazy man. We tried to find space for a four day in 2008 and had to accept the 3 day with the agreement that we would take a 7 day the next year!!!! YAHHHH!!!! I'm so excited! I've lived in FL a while and admit I have never been to Key West so that port is exciting to me!

We'll be making Door Decs so look for those Mickey Mouse Paint CHips!!!

I would love to hear from any families that have a child/children the same ages as ours! They could be pen pals (an almost extinct activity) before they meet on the ship!!!

It's our first cruise also. My boys will be 12 & 13. My youngest Kyle was wondering if your son is into Star Wars. I've been making him Star Wars magnets for our door. I have never done anything like this before so it has been a definite learning experience! Not to mention a huge lesson in patience, not only for making the magnets, but waiting for the trip. We booked in February and I was beginning to think I wouldn't make it until the 1 year mark, but we're almost there!
Is anyone else making magnets for thier doors?

My DS will be almost 10 at cruise time and he has a penpal for our Sept. '08 cruise that he emails back and forth with so let me know if you want to do the same

I hope I'm not butting in, but my son will be 12 when we cruise and he would love to have a pen pal. My guys are homeschooled and like to hang w/ a variety of ages. He's crazy about Star Wars, Ben Ten, Stitch, & pin trading.

We will have our DD who will also be 6 almost 7 at the time of cruising and our DS will be 9 almost 10 at cruise time We would love to have the girls become "e-pals".
