Oooohhhhh, I'll be sure to stay away from all tuxes with the glitter spray! Only for princesses!
Gretchen-Is the glitter spray offer only for little princesses?

I used to be able to french braid very well but I'm a little out of practice. Unfortunately I can't do my own braiding. I admire those with that talent.
Jonesing-I would be happy to be a glitter block.
Kathy(who hates that dancing banana)
Yay! A glitter blocker!!!

But DS would probably love it...he does like wearing his "sparkly" (aka mommy's eye shadow) so a little glitter to brighten up his hot pink bow tie & vest for semi-formal night would make his day!
Hi Everyone!!! I am home from surgery and here for roll call.
Wow! That was a hard surgery this time. Boy was I sick! I think it was the fact that I had two surgeries in 8 weeks. I am still not feeling great but I am able to at least get on the computer for a little.
Glad the surgery went well!! I tell ya, THE BEST words to hear when stuck in the hospital are from the charge nurse into her little walkie-phone: "Call transportation" and hearing the phone respond back <robot voice> "Calling transportation" That means they're sending for the wheelchair to take you out!
Make sure you take your pain meds and don't be shy about getting rest.
We drove 800 KM before we would stop for gas, bathroom and food. They would eat in the car and each stop only took about 20 minutes.

You people are nuts and I would
never, ever travel by car with you....
800km = ~500 mi for our imperially challenged friends...20 minutes?!?! Seriously? When we relocate, that's our driving limit for
THE DAY: we're alloted an
overnight (paid) hotel stay for every 500 miles of driving!! If the new location is 1050 miles or more away then we have the option of either driving or flying (and using a rental car until our personal cars get shipped out).
Reminds me of cross-country drives as a kid with my father at the helm
Well they will get along great with my fiance, he is a big TALKER!

Love him, but boy can he talk your ear off! Sometimes I have to remind him to breathe, lol. "See" you all tomorrow
Wow - all these men who TALK!!! Most men have the opposite issue! My husband is another talker!!! When I met him, I was like.....oh, he is soooo deep and LOVES to talk! Now I cannot stop him!!! He talks waayyyy more than me!
Too funny!
Harumph!!!

I'm surprised DW hasn't chimed in on this perfect opening for her....

Well, would y'all prefer the usual MO? Not talking at all, or the "I don't know you so why are you even talking to me?" attitude?
Also spent most of the day with my DS17 going from one place to the next after much on line research and price matching, we finally got him his early birthday present, a DSLR camera!! A huge gift and boy does he know it! Ended up with a Nikon D60 package and I am just glad to have that done. He now has a month to play before we sail and Mom gets some awesome pics.
DW (the Leica & Nikon camera snob

) agrees with your selection.

Though now, I hate you.

Like you, we're already hemorrhaging money on this trip and I'm sure there's something DW needs for her Nikon DSLR--new lens, filters, camera

Maybe we'll find a good deal on Nikon gear in the Caymans like we did in St. Thomas.
Paige - Thanks for posting the dining thing. I just wish we could know what our rotation is.....
You can call
DCL and 'request' a specific meal rotation. They can pretty much keep/set your seating time but the meal rotation is subject to change. But they will make a note of your desired rotation and try to accomodate that. If you don't get it when you check in, you can always try and switch when you board the ship.
Is anyone else planning on shipping there FE gifts ahead of time?? If so, how much time are you allowing it to get there? I finally have a grasp on finalizing my FE gifts and sat DM down the other day to get hers done as well.
We are shipping stuff ahead of time. We're staying at the Residence Inn Cape Canaveral the night before and I'm going to FedEx our stuff to arrive either Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
Just thought I'd mention that our cruise just showed up on Travelzoo's top 20list today for $599 per person soooooo. . we are obviously not anywhere near full ya think?
We're in a Cat 6 but would like to surprise DH with a Cat 3. Wonder how much that will run? If the 6 to 4 upgrades are being offered at $300 then it might not be much more. But then again there's concierge to consider.
$599? DS4's fare is more than that! Can I stick him in that room by himself?!
Talked to a DCL CM and she said there are still "a couple" Cat 3 suites available: cost is only about $10,700!
I think we'll break in DSIL's brand new Disney Visa Card!
