Disclaimer: The hosts have a system they are working by, this in no way guarantees anyone ears. We are just organizing a group of people together so that in the event we get lucky, many will get ears not just one or two of our ear.less. The hosts are not going to give us special treatment!!! So keep your expectations realistic!

Also I would recommend room owners staying open for 20 minutes if possible after the scheduled time. We have seen the hosts run a little late pretty often.


A side note, I dont plan on booting children who dont have ears that are not DIS. If we find to many of our DIS are waiting in lines because of that we will get volunteers to deal with that and open more rooms!

All the earless are welcome, and please just the earless. I am sure we can sponsor a room for those who just want to hang out if it seems necessary.

Any updates will be reflected in this first post so watch for it!
Also I will probably be looking for room offers for tomorrows scheduled times. But not yet, lets get the bugs worked out first.

I am thinking we only need 2 rooms open at a time today. Thanks to Disfaniam's luck yesterday many got them. We can scramble and get another room up if that seems like a bad idea.

we have so many volunteers we definitely could do 3 rooms, not sure what do you guys think? I almost feel like we are lowering the odds if we open a 3rd room each shift. I am on the fence, any thoughts?

Plus there are alot of kids on vmk that also have not gotten ears yet. Some sat so patient in my room yesterday waiting and waiting. We'll see what today brings. Maybe if the Host knows the owners are not doing this for themselves they would come in faster. I dont plan on accepting since I received twice anyway.

Thanks for your help yesterday skippy!! we have so many volunteers I didnt even take a shift today. You have the day off, your help in any of those rooms today will be appreicated, or open your room up for the rest of us who do have ears and want to stay around in case we are needed.

We are full thanks for offering. Would you both like be put down for next week saturday shift 1? It would be great if you could visit the rooms to get them filled up also.

Thanks to all who volunteered, and I am sorry I had to turn some away. I am giving those who I had to say no to first dibs next weekend on whatever shift they want.

I really am sorry, I went by who contacted me first, and then by what shift wsa requested The only fair way I could figure how to do it.
