9/13 Port Testing?

Any reports on the port-testing-for-all that started Monday? Did it seem to delay things much, are the transfers leaving/arriving any earlier to account for the change, etc.?

It felt like forever waiting for the test results - and moving through the queue to get the test. Probably 90 minutes altogether. We were concierge so didn't have a set arrival time, however they told us 11 AM was when we could arrive. From what I understand it used to be 1 PM for first arrival, so it was moved up 2 hours. We took the Disney ground transfer from MCO. Arrived at 9 AM to check in for ground transportation and took the first motorcoach out around 9:30. We officially got on the ship sometime between 12 and 12:30 and were close to the first onboard.

Oh wow, we are also concierge but taking the Disney transport from WDW. So we probably won’t arrive until 1ish. I’m guessing the wait will only get worse by that time :(
