8am BOG- should I go for 7DMT or Elsa & Anna?

Any recent experiences with these attractions prior to park opening? Trying to figure out which one I should go to, or if both may be possible before the crowds descend.

If they start SDMT early enough for BOG Guests,it's possible you could get one ride in and then get in line for A&E before the Maingate line arrives-it just depends on how soon they open SDMT.
