Hi
i'm new here but have been lurking for the past few weeks-we are going to universal in october-i had already purchased my tickets and printed them at home-and then i saw the wet n wild deal
so i called customer service and asked them if i could change my 89.99 universal 2 park tickets to include wet n wild
they changed my tickets for me without any hesitation-just said that i would have to go to the ticket kiosk when i got there and have my confirmation #(from my original order) and my credit card and that it would give me the new tickets

When I called to see if I could change my 2 park tickets (I think I paid $81) to include the wet and wild deal, I was told no that it couldn't be done.
Which number did you call?
