88 degrees on Saturday the 27th?

UGH! Every time I look at the weather it gets worse and worse...it's gone from 81, to 83, to 86, back down to 84, to 82, and now all the sudden 88?? We purposely made this trip at the time of the year we thought the weather would be nice. Almost 90 plus California humidity? I hope it's not as bad as it sounds.

WooHoo! We're leaving this weekend too, and we're hoping for some heat! Had a cold, dreary summer on the coast, with lots of fog. Bring it on! It will allow DGD to swim too, which she'll be stoked about!

Sorry to rub it in. Really though, SoCal forecasts are notoriously bad. I doubt it will get to 88. I'm hoping it will be in the 80's, but if so, I'm sure it will be barely 80's. And it will be cool in the morning and evenings. I'm thinking, looking at the forecast, that it will be quite pleasant there this weekend. Enjoy!

This made me laugh! We were there last week and the forecasts did the same thing, just kept going up and up. It was very hot and humid one day and just hot the others. I would have loved 60 degrees as that seems pleasant to me.

Take lots of water and some fruit or applesauce, etc. that has water in it. Also do some of the indoor cooler type things in the middle of the day like bugs life, innovations, great moments with Mr. Lincoln, etc. Things that you can sit down in and get cooled off.

Also it was so warm we swam at the beach one day

Ha! We just moved here from Arizona, to get away from the heat! Seems to have followed us! Fri, Sat and Sun seem to be the hottest on our 10 day, for some reason, it never feels that bad in the parks.

It's been nasty most of this month. It hit over 100 during our trip at the beginning of the month. NOT FUN. Thank goodness our trip was longer, because we could only manage half days for most of the days we were there! Too hot!

It's 23 degrees fahrenheit right now where I live and we have about a foot of snow...not sure if you were looking for something that cool?
I, as a matter of fact, cannot wait to see something remotely close to 80 degrees...70 degrees...60 degrees...heck we'd take anything without snow at this point!!

I saw on the weather this morning that there are big Santa Ana wind warnings Thursday-Friday night so that is going to make the drive in on Friday morning a little nerve racking. Just overall not happy with the weather right now!

I feel exactly the same way, I live in Vegas and I was so looking forward to some cool weather in Southern California but it will actually be cooler at home than in CA. I don't know why everyone thinks October is a nice month in CA, it's actually never really been that nice in October it's always been rather warm and extremely windy (though I am shocked it hasn't been windy lately.. Santa Ana winds and all..) It's probably going to be warm this weekend generally speaking I've noticed that it tends to be warmer than what is predicted on a website or the news.

Try to look at it another way, it's only going to get to 88 for a few hours in mid afternoon, the rest of the day is below 88. 25% humidity is a good number

Yeah, that sounds a little warm, even for me. And I'm craving the heat. Oh well, we'll still be at the House of the Mouse! And we'll have fun no matter what the weather. I hope you have a great time too!

I have been checking out the 10 day forecast. We leave the 3rd and right now it shows 78 for that day.

I am hoping for some days or 75 to 85, nothing more, nothing less...

We would like to be able to swim... but we will take whatever comes our way.

Yeah, I guess to most people that's considered warm/nice. Going from 100 to 60 for me was a huge change. lol.

Expect it to be HOT tomorrow... and the air is really dry today, less than 10% humidity so bring a bottle of water to refill and chapstick. Then at night it should be great weather... probably barely down to low 60's by the end of the day. And remember, you are at Disneyland! The weather could be much worse.
