All done! I called this morning, got everything I wanted and most of the times I wanted - save for LeCellier and Akershaus - but I'm not complaining.

BTW, Mo - you can book BBB via Dining now. I've got Maddie there on 8/26 @ 3:10pm.

I tried to call and book last night, but I waited 20 minutes too late and they were closed. So I tried again this morning, and their systems are down. They'll call back.

I can't help but to wonder why Disney is "exempt" from this level of service? Am I being too harsh?

NO!!!! As a fellow former server/hostess/bartender I expect a LOT better service than I've received at WDW the past few years. Which is a big part of the reason I'm not motivated to eat many TS meals anymore. We have fabulous restaurants around home, all with A+ service, and they cost a lot less than WDW. Why bother?

My turn for some Fun With Lyrics...

Background: I grew up listening to a wide variety of music, thanks to my parents and their vastly different tastes, (Dad played Zeppelin and Jefferson Airplane to put me to sleep as an infant, Mom preferred the likes of Joan Baez and Joni Mitchell. ) And I knew I wanted to do the same with Leo, since music's always been such a huge part of my life. So he listens to a lot of typically "adult" music and not much kids' stuff. Some of his favorites include Oscar Peterson, Public Enemy, the Doors, and early Van Halen. But not so much the Dead - he told me they "aren't cool music" the other day. (This, despite the fact that "Eyes of the World" was playing when he was born! Where did I go wrong?!)

ANYWAY... here's what he walked into school singing this morning:
