I haven't watched the DVD, but ordering it did get me code, which is what I meant. The DVD may be crappy and unusable too!
But the DVD is kinda crappy - they just added some stuff to last years.

I don't know if the hotel we'll be at has internet. My laptop is so archaic that I don't have a wireless connection, only dial-up! 
Our laptop crashed and we had to reformat the hard drive. In doing that I LOST ALL OF MY ADR CONFIRMATION NUMBERS
If I call Disney Dining will they give me all of my confirmation Numbers

Don't panic! Yep, WDW can give you all the numbers, no problem!
Is anything else critical to life gone? When one of our drives crashed some crazy computer guy was able to resurrect most of the data over the span of a week, so all hope may not be lost!

I hope you could get other stuff back, though. When my laptop crashed, it thankfully wasn't the hard drive, so my info (addresses, pictures, music, life) was all intact and accessible.
