$86 per point compared to previous promotions

the projected closing date is Tues. (5 days from now) and it is a great deal because I get all 2006 points but only have to pay 19 days of MFs- since it will only be open 19 days in 2006.

Not to be defensive, but you asked and seemed concerned regarding what you were told by your guide, especially since you asked twice I thought I would try to answer. If you think it is such a great deal, then I am confused by your line of questioning :confused3
BTW, it is a great deal, is it a better deal than what they offered last year, NO, but is it the best deal available since? YES.

Liferbabe- I was trying to figure if it was possible that if there are better deals to be had during earlier phases of construction- not trying to get a better deal than anyone got last year. I asked twice cause nobody answered. I can ask questions about the trends regarding past promotions- even if I have a good offer on the table.

Yes, you are free to ask whatever you want, but we dont work for DVC, so if you would like those questions answered, just come out and ask. We are here to help. :wizard:

I was trying to figure if that good promo could have been possibly driven by something other than sales falling below DVCs projected target. (meaning that there was a trade-off for the good price- the trade-off being buying before you could use DVC) It is clear that isn't the case since people received developer points- but I am just trying to get an idea of how they work regarding promos. I am not sure what you think I am asking- but I hope that you understand now.
