I have an 830am breakfast at Garden Grill. We like the breakfast, but we really want to get a jump on Soarin' If we arrive at 800am are we likely to be seated early?

I agree with the PPs, yes. All PPO ADRs are let in the park at the same time. Show up early and check-in early. You'll 'likely' be seated before your actual reservation time.

We had a breakfast reservation and we got there early since it didn't take as long as I had planned - we showed up 20 minutes early and they seated us! This was last June.
