Is there a toll free number for Disneyland CRO?

Do they have planning DVDs like the ones for WDW?

I'm thinking of taking a DL trip trip August. However, I don't know where to start.

Please help.

They used to send out planning videos, but they recently stopped for some reason. You might want to look into this to see if it works for you.
I'm not sure what CRO stands for.
