800 Number for Reservations?

I thought someone had posted an 800 number for calling into reservations. I can't find it so maybe I imagined it however I thought I would ask the people in the know. I so tired of calling in to make payments/changes/getting general information and having to go through all the questions their automated system asks. I pay long distance charges so it gets costly just to do anything minor.
So, if anyone knows if there is such an animal please let me know.

Hopefully is correct; Disney discontinued all of their 800 numbers for the general public several years ago.

As indicated above, any General 800 / Toll-free numbers are long gone. I would suggest that maybe you might want to consider utilizing the services of a Travel Agent. A TA can handle all the items you mentioned and more.

Thanks but I did that once for WDW and will never do it again. It was a worse pain trying to get the TA to pay attention to my needs than it is to call through and answer the hundred questions game. She was a 'specialist' and had a lot of other clients to take care of as well. I was never sure where we fit in.

No chance of adding it to one of your cell phones? I think so many pay the same for local and long distance Disney just didn't see the need to keep one any more. I wonder how long others will too

We are in Canada and I do have long distance on my cell however it does not cover out of country so calling the US would cost more than using my home phone. It really isn't a huge cost to call, maybe a dollar or two, but I would sure love to get past the phone questions, there are so many and it takes a long time to finally speak with someone. By the time I get to an agent I'm ready to destroy them.....its the only time I really get agitated. I'll live, lol.

I was thinking there was some sort of number for International callers. Maybe it only was for UK?

Similar situation here as well. I have unlimited calling within Canada, but it's a fat pay-per-minute charge for US numbers. So... I use Skype for calls outside the US. If memory serves correct, the last batch of Skype credit I purchased cost less than 3 cents/minute for calls to US numbers.
