80 Days a Flop?

How many of us here are lining up on the sidewalk for Disney's next flop: King Arthur?
You mean there are still theatres where you have to line up on the sidewalk? Ah, the good ole' days. I'm looking forward to King Arthur, more than any movie this summer. I like that period of history - at least reading about it as I've never actually lived in it. And wouldn't want to. No showers, rats, mouldy food...

Totally agree with you EsmereldaX. Loved 80 days, and my DS13 and I can't wait to see Arthur. He is a history buff, loves the Arthur stories and said it is totally plausible that "G" was a warrior herself.

I saw 80 Days on Friday night, and I was prepared to be underwhelmed, as I'm not particularly fond of Jackie Chan movies...but I was very pleasently surprised. I really enjoyed it, I loved the cameos, I was the only on in my group that recognized Richard Branson. And Kathy Bates as the Queen...well, too funny!

I liked the effects when they changed scenes, very "Disney-ish", lots of color.

Chuck S -

ditto. I wonder if it was intentional the Richard Branson was holding the balloon?

& I thought the transitions beween countries was kinda' cool too.

Fun movie.
