I was orignally going to go to DCA on saturday get an early nights sleep to go to DLR on sunday but I think I'm going to reverse that now...
what do you guys think?

Stick with your plan. A bunch of other locals will think "Oh, 80% chance of rain, let's not go on Sunday, let's go on Saturday." It will be less crowded by a mile on Sunday if there's a lot of rain. Plus, most rides are either indoors, or have covered queues. Just bring an umbrella and enjoy the lower crowds. One rain trick of going down Main Street is to weave through the Main Street shops. They are all connected (with a short gap in the middle) and so you stay dry, and it's not as crowded especially when trying to exit through parades.

I'll be there Sunday The rain keeps the locals away, so crowds will be smaller on Sunday We'llbe at LegoLand Saturday- hope it doesn't rain then, since all the rides are outdoor and LL can close due to weather.

DLR in the rain is wonderful! Get a poncho with Mickey Mouse on it, bring a few pairs of shoes (I find that plain old Crocs, while taking care when stepping on wet pavement, are the best for the rain for me) and socks (at least one pair of socks in a ziplock bag so you can be dry on the way home), and have FUN!
