8 Night Stay - Trash/Towel and Full Cleaning

We are staying at Kidani for our first visit as DVC members so this is all a bit new to us. I know that we get a trash and towel service on our fourth day and then a full cleaning on the eighth day. I am assuming that check in day is day one and so on so we actually are there for nine days. If we check in on a Wednesday we would have our T&T on Saturday and then our full cleaning on the next Wednesday. Since we are checking out that next morning the full cleaning seems a bit of a waste. That schedule makes sense for a normal weeklong stay or longer but do they change that schedule at all for a trip that is 8 nights in length?

Usually they do full cleaning on day 4 and T&T on day 8 when staying more than 7 nigjhts

Yes. You can get a trash and towel service or a full cleaning every day if you pay for it.

You can not pay the difference to upgrade a trash and towel to a full cleaning, though. It would be a full charge.

Great! I have only ever seen the 7 night schedule before - guess I never paid attention. I am glad to hear that it is reversed because it was really not making too much sense to me when I started thinking about it today.

Last time I checked it was $30 (studio), $45 (1BR), $60 (2BR) or $75 (GV). Prices are subject to change so my information may be out of date.
