Me too. Trying to follow behind the walkers and cannot getting those littles guys. And to think that I used to like the dwarfs until Disney decided to use them whenever their website loses its mind.

Yep getting it also. Will try again if not I will call when they open if they are open today Columbus Day.

update I looked at Disney vacation club member services holidays and they hardly get any holidays only 6 a year. So they are opened today.

I clicked at exactly 8 am. Filled out the information quickly. 8:01 am I clicked on confirm, and got the Dwarfs. So you were lucky; I guess some went through before the breakdown.

What time were you able to book? Have another thread going, sounds like somebody was getting the error as early as 5a eastern time.

yeo and with people being off for the holiday it will be extremely busy.

I dialed at 8:59 am. The phone rang once before the CM picked up. So I was really, really lucky.

Said my wait time was zero minutes now it’s been at least 10 minutes. Update Their zero minute wait was actually a 20 minute wait.

Just finished chatting with a CM. They are aware and are working on fixing it.
